The short version
The public board needs no account and no wallet. If you sign in, BOARD stores the minimum needed to give you your own board: your identity-provider user id, the wallet addresses you link, your pins and preferences, and — for Pro users — your saved boards, alerts and BOARD AI history. BOARD never asks for a private key or a seed phrase and can never move your funds.
Anonymous visitors
No account, no wallet connection and no advertising cookies. Requests are logged for a short period with a request id and coarse technical detail (status, timing, endpoint) so we can operate and secure the service. Product analytics events are aggregate and carry no wallet address or personal identifier.
Signed-in users
Authentication is handled by our identity provider; BOARD verifies their token server-side and stores the resulting user id. Wallet addresses you link are public onchain identifiers and are stored so the $BOARD holder check can read a balance. Balance checks read public chain state only.
BOARD AI
Your prompts and the answers are stored against your account so a conversation survives a reload, and are sent to the configured model provider to generate the answer. Do not paste secrets, keys or personal data into the assistant. Ask us to delete your history at any time.
Retention and deletion
Operational logs are short-lived. Account data lives until you ask for it to be removed; email the contact below with the account you signed in with and we will delete your pins, preferences, boards, alerts and AI history.
Third parties
BOARD relies on an identity provider, chain RPC providers, market-data providers, a model provider for BOARD AI, and hosting/database infrastructure. They process data only to deliver those functions. BOARD does not sell personal data.
